Somebody sure does love you! You’ve just received a Firstrust Visa® Gift Card. You’ll love it because it’s convenient, flexible and easy to use at retail stores, on the phone, or even when you shop online. It is a prepaid card that can be used anywhere Visa debit cards are accepted.

Please be aware, however, that there are few instances when your new gift card CANNOT be used. These include:

  • Internet Gambling
  • ATMs
  • International transactions

Getting Started
For security purposes in the event your card is lost or stolen, please:

  • Sign the back of the card
  • Keep a record of the card number in a safe place.


Register Your Gift Card
Should your Firstrust Visa Gift Card be lost or stolen, and you had it registered, it can be replaced. So register your card today by visiting www.ConsumerCardAccess.com/ftgift or by calling (800) 537-6680.

Ready… Set… Spend!
You need not do anything to make your card useable. The funds on your card were ready for use within 24 business hours of purchase.

Tips for Using your Firstrust Visa Gift Card

  • When making a purchase, give your gift card to the cashier and sign the receipt, or push “credit” on the keypad.
  • In order to make a purchase their must be sufficient funds on your card. You can check your balance and view transactions at www.ConsumerCardAccess.com/ftgift or (800) 537-6680.
  • If there is not enough value on the card to pay for a purchase, you can choose to pay the difference with a second form of payment, such as another credit or debit card, cash or check. Let the cashier know how much you will pay with each type of payment when you make your purchase.
  • The following purchase types are prohibited: Internet Gambling, ATM and International Transactions.
  • There are situations where the full purchase amount may not be known when your card is initially swiped for approval, such as gas pay-at-the-pump, auto rental or at a hotel/motel. If you use your card at these merchants, you may experience problems with authorizations. Please be prepared to provide an alternate form of payment.
  • Your gift card is valid through the expiration date on the front of the card or until the value reaches zero. We encourage you to use the card before this date.
  • There are no fees for using your Firstrust Visa Gift Card, however, beginning on the 7th month after the card is issued, a monthly service fee of $2.50 will be charged. See Terms and Conditions for additional details.
