GETTING STARTED

  • What do I need the first time I log on to the new platform?
    The first time you log on to the new online banking platform, you will use your current username and password.  You will be sent a secure access code the first time you log on.  In order to send this code we will need an updated email and mobile number for you.  Please be sure we have updated information. To verify that your information is correct please sign in to online banking or call us at 800.220.BANK.
  • When will the new online banking platform be available?
    Firstrust’s new online banking will be available beginning on Wednesday, April 24.
  • Will I need to download a new app for my phone or tablet?
    Yes, our current mobile banking app is being replaced with new phone and tablet apps. 

    Starting Wednesday, April 24th, these will be available for download to your smartphone and tablet in the Apple® App Store and in the Google® Play Store.
     
  • Will there be any changes to Text Banking?
    Yes, SMS Code 226563 will need to be used for text banking messages.
