1. Sponsor
This drawing is sponsored by Firstrust Bank, 15 E. Ridge Pike, Conshohocken, PA 19428. By participating in the Del Val Eagles Jersey Giveaway Promotion (“Promotion”), you (“Entrant”) agree to be bound by these official rules (“Rules”), inclusive of all terms and conditions. Please read the Rules carefully before participating. You must follow the directions provided within these Rules to be eligible to win a Philadelphia Eagles jersey autographed by Miles Sanders (Replica Jersey) (“Prize”). Only one prize will be awarded.

 

2. Eligibility
The Firstrust Bank Del Val Eagles Jersey Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is offered only in the United States to legal residents of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of registration. To be eligible to win, the Sweepstakes entry must be associated with the Delaware Valley Property Management Group.  Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of Philadelphia Eagles, LLC (the “Eagles”), Firstrust Savings Bank (“Firstrust Bank”) and any of their respective agencies, owners, subsidiaries and affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, wholesale distributors and individual retail licensees or the immediate family (spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, son, grandson or granddaughter, regardless of where they live) or members of their same households (whether related or not) of each such individuals are not eligible to participate or win a prize. 

 

3. Entry
The Promotion (the “Promotion Term”) begins on March 29, 2021 at 5:00pm Eastern Time (“ET) and ends on April 2, 2021 at 11:59pm ET. You may enter by going to Need to complete (“Website”) to access the entry form during the Promotion Term and enter your name, business name, title, address (no P.O. Boxes accepted), e-mail address, daytime telephone number with area code, and confirming that you are 18 years of age or older, 

Any Entrant who completes the online registration form will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Promotion.  If more than one entry is received in the Promotion Term, only the first entry will be entered into the Giveaway, and all other entries will be disregarded. All Entrants agree that all decisions of Firstrust Bank shall be final and binding with respect to all matters related to the Promotion, and Entrants waive any right to challenge any decisions made by Firstrust Bank (the judging organization), and waive any right to claim any ambiguity in the Rules or any Entry.  

By entering this Promotion, an Entrant gives his or her express permission to be contacted by Firstrust Bank.  Any Entrant who determines that they do not want to participate in the Promotion can withdraw from the Promotion by sending an email to firstrust@firstrust.com. The email must state your name, business name and request to be pulled from the Giveaway. Said email must be received by the day of the drawing.

No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected or illegible entry; or for any computer, telephone, cable, network, satellite, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability or garbled or jumbled transmissions, or service provider/Internet/Web site/use net accessibility or availability, traffic congestion or unauthorized human intervention. No mass entries or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. Any attempts by an individual to access the Website via a bot script or other brute-force attack will result in that IP address becoming ineligible. Firstrust Bank reserves the right to suspend or terminate this Sweepstakes without notice if in Firstrust Bank’s sole discretion, the Sweepstakes becomes infected or otherwise corrupted.   

 

4. Winners
On April 5, 2021, one winner ("Winner") will be selected at random from the pool of eligible Entrants who have completed the online registration form during the Promotion Term. Winning is subject to verification of eligibility. The Prize is non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemption except at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion.  The Winner will not receive the difference between actual value and ARV, if any.  Odds of winning the Prize depend on the number of eligible Entries received during the Promotion Term.  Firstrust Bank reserves the right to substitute for the Prize another item of comparable or greater value in its sole and absolute discretion.  Winners are fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes) relative to the Promotion and/or the Prize.  Unless otherwise provided within these Rules, all costs and expenses associated with the Promotion and/or the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. 

 

5. Notification: Firstrust Bank will notify the potential Winner at the email address provided in the Entry. Firstrust Bank will make three (3) attempts to contact the potential Winner via email within 72 hours from the time in which a potential Winner was selected. If Firstrust Bank is unable to reach the potential Winner by email within such 72 hour period, then that potential Winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential Prize Winner's Entry will be drawn from all remaining eligible Entries at random.  At the time of Sponsor’s contact with the potential Winner, the potential Winner will be asked to provide his/her proof of age and a government-issued photo ID. The notified eligible Winner shall be the only party eligible to claim the Prize.  

If a Winner declines the Prize, fails to claim the Prize, is unavailable for Prize fulfillment, fails to abide by the Rules, or is ineligible, Firstrust Bank may select an alternate Winner from all remaining eligible Entries. Firstrust Bank is not responsible for and shall not be liable for unsuccessful efforts to notify a potential Winner. 

 

6. Disputes
As a condition of participating in this Giveaway, entrant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania having competent jurisdiction, which Court shall apply the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania without regard for doctrines of conflict of law. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
