Accessed through your Online Banking account, eStatement is the fastest, most convenient, environmentally-friendly, paper-free way to receive your monthly statement. You can access your statement anytime from any computer with internet access. Your account information is always secure and accessible only by you, using your unique Online Banking login ID and password.
Setting up eStatement delivery is as easy as 1 - 2 - 3:
1. Log into Online Banking
2. Choose Products & Services link under Additional Services
3. Click on the eStatement ENTER button
After enrollment, you will receive a “Welcome to eStatement!” email message.

When will I stop receiving paper statements?
Your monthly paper statement(s) will stop within 45 days of successful enrollment in our eStatement service.
How will I know when my statement is ready for viewing?
Each month you will receive an email message that says “Your Online Statement is now available!” This message will include a link to our website for you to access Online Banking.
What happens if I currently receive more than one monthly statement?
If you currently receive more than one monthly statement, your online statement will combine the accounts you designate on your web statement application (if permitted by Firstrust's Combined Statement Policy) into a single, easy-to-follow statement.
Can I print my check images?
Yes. Check images are available and printable from Online Banking in the format you choose.
Will I still receive special notifications?
All required disclosures normally distributed in your statement(s), such as Privacy Notifications, are accessible on the Important Information tab. This gives you the freedom to save the information to your PC for future reference or print it out immediately.
How long are monthly statements and checks available?
Monthly statements are available online for at least 12 months. Check images are available online for three (3) months and can be downloaded as a PDF file for future reference.
If I need a paper copy of my statement which is no longer available online, how can I obtain it?
You can send a secure message from within Online Banking by clicking on the Online Services tab and then clicking on "enter" under "Secure Email." Use of other email systems are not secure so you should not include confidential information in your message. You may be assessed a fee for these services as listed in our current Retail Banking Fee Schedule.
If my email address changes, how do I notify Firstrust?
You can change your email address by accessing Online Banking, as you normally would. Login to Online Banking, click on the "User Options" tab, then select "Email Address" to change your email address. Any changes to your profile will be updated on our system within three (3) business days.
