ACH Network rules will become effective September 15, 2017

Changes in ACH Network rules will become effective September 15, 2017. This means any payments made by writing a check or by authorizing a payment from a checking or savings account by telephone or online, could clear your account on the same day you write the check or authorize payment from your account.  The clearing time of payments made from your Debit Card remains the same and was not impacted by this change.

Security Information About Your Firstrust Debit Card

To help reduce the risk of fraud, under certain conditions, we may require you to use your Personal Identification Number (PIN) for debit card transactions.

There has recently been a large number of merchant compromises and, because of this, our fraud detection system that monitors debit card transactions may require you to enter your PIN. If your debit card transaction, using your signature, is declined, please try your purchase again using "debit" and key in your PIN.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. For any questions, please call our Customer Care Center at 800-220-BANK.
