Funds are usually deposited within two business days of the payment submission, and go directly into your Firstrust Business checking account.
Yes. Just add your unique, secure Payment Form link to your web page or social media profile. Make it a button for added prominence. You can even adjust the wording on your form to instead show donations or contributions.
QR codes are ideal for in-person events where you plan to meet with multiple customers or donors. Simply download your QR code and print from your computer. Then be sure to display your QR code prominently. When customers ask to pay, you can point to your QR code.

When you accept a card-not-present payment, you will incur a 3.49% transaction fee. This fee is competitive when compared to online card-not-present solutions offered in market. For ACH-based payments, you will incur a 1% transaction fee. This fee is competitive when compared to online card-not-present solutions offered in market.
Yes, you can import data from QuickBooks Online into Autobooks within Firstrust online banking if you're subscribed to the Accounting Edition plan. QuickBooks Desktop is not supported. To upgrade, go to the 'Accounting Edition' tab in within online banking or the Firstrust mobile app. For fees and pricing, visit www.autobooks.co/our-fees.
Once subscribed, you can begin the import process by going to the QuickBooks Import tab under 'Settings' and clicking 'Start Import.' You’ll be prompted to sign in with your QuickBooks Online credentials.
Autobooks allows you to import your customer list, vendor records, categories, etc. Duplicate customer and vendor entries are filtered automatically. The Chart of Accounts can be added alongside Autobooks categories, mapped to existing ones, or created as new categories.
