Privacy principles

From the time we were founded in 1934, Firstrust Bank has valued highly our customerā€™s privacy. We have protected your confidential information in many ways over the years and will continue to do so. Since our customer's trust is our most treasured asset, we take stringent measures to safeguard your information. Some of the measures include restricting access to your nonpublic personal information to those employees who need to know that information to provide you with products and services; and maintaining physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards.

Encryption

Whenever you access pages requesting or presenting sensitive financial or personal data, we will encrypt that data to prevent others from accessing it while in transit. We utilize Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption for this purpose. Most browsers display a padlock icon when SSL is being used on a secure page. We require the use of 128-bit SSL encryption in order to protect sensitive information.
