I need to manage my credit card. Why don’t I see it in the Card Management tool?

Currently, the Card Management feature in Firstrust online and mobile banking supports only debit cards. To manage your credit card, please use the credit card portal. For any options not available there, contact Firstrust Customer Care at 800-220-BANK.

When will I receive the new card I ordered online?

Whether you ordered a replacement card or a new one, your request typically takes one business day to process. Once processed, delivery may take 7-10 business days.

I’m traveling today, but I can’t select today’s date when setting a travel notice. What should I do?

Travel notices take up to one business day to process, which is why today’s date cannot be selected. To set a travel notice starting today, please contact Firstrust Customer Care at 800-220-BANK.

I need to change my ATM limit to an amount not listed. What are my options?

If you need to set an ATM limit that isn’t available in the dropdown menu, please contact Firstrust Customer Care at 800-220-BANK or send a secure message through your online banking account.

How do I grant access to the Card Management tool to other users in my organization?

By default, only administrators of business and commercial online banking have access to the Card Management tool. To provide access to other users, use the Administration tool within Firstrust online banking.
