How Do I Delete My Online Banking and/or Mobile App Account?

If you no longer wish to access your Firstrust Bank financial accounts via online banking and/or the Firstrust mobile app, we offer a couple of ways to request your account be deleted. Deletion of your online/mobile account(s) will remove access through desktop and mobile channels. Your financial accounts with Firstrust will not be closed as a result of this request. You will continue to have access to your financial account(s) information through your monthly statement(s), by contacting your local branch or by phone at 800-220-BANK. Information such as your usage history, account information, and banking activity will be retained in compliance with regulatory guidelines. Please reference our Privacy Policy for information on how your personal data is stored, used, and shared.

Please note that your request is not instant and will require account ownership verification to process. This request is limited to Firstrust online banking accounts and the Firstrust Bank mobile app.
