Theresa brings nearly 30 years of experience to Firstrust in the mortgage industry and is well-versed in First Time Homebuyer programs and grants. She brings personal attention, courtesy and responsiveness to every client, and has the patience and knowledge to work with clients from all backgrounds.
Theresa made the move to become a loan officer in retail residential mortgages after starting out as an Account Executive with a conforming and non-conforming wholesaler. Other programs that Theresa is known for are Construction to Permanent Financing & Jumbo Purchase Transactions. She is a several year winner of the Five Star Mortgage Professional Award, and possesses several President Club Awards for production.
Theresa was born and raised in Delaware County and has lived in Bucks County for the past 29 years with her husband, three children and three rescue pets. In her off time, Theresa enjoys her home in Sea Isle City, and traveling.
